add a gravity forms integration that support by mail poet and work properly.

for now the only integration with gravity forms is not supported by mail poet and it is not supported at all, because the developer stopped support that.

This really needs to be addressed, especially since Gravity Forms is listed on the mailpoet website as an integration. The integration mentioned here: https://www.mailpoet.com/plugins/ does not work.

YES - this seems like the most basic option but it is incredibly important. Please prioritize this.
