Add Events to Newsletter

Hello, I work on Team 51. We had a partner that would like to be able to add events easily. The site AmericanPerimeterTrail.org is using The Events Calendar plugin. While events can technically be added via the posts module, it doesn't allow for data, such as date/time to be parsed in the newsletter.

I agree, I want to be able to create "upcoming events" post block with The Events Calendar plugin events.

Yes, we use Jetengine for events and Mailpoet does send them correctly image, title, author, and category. But we'd like add custom fields, too. date, time, host, location, etc
