It would be helpful, and often aesthetically/thematically relevant, to have greater control of default MailPoet page verbiage!
I for one don't like some of the default phrasing.

Absolutely. Would be easy to implement codewise and would give a lot freedom to users. MailPoet is mostly very easy to use and configure, but this is one of the things that isn't but should be.
