MailPoet currently shows whether a subscriber is unsubscribed, but it does not display the date on which the unsubscription occurred in the interface.
It would be very useful to display the exact unsubscription date and time:
* in the subscriber’s profile or activity history;
* as an optional column in the subscriber list;
* and, if possible, in subscriber exports.
This information would help website administrators to:
* keep a clear history of each subscriber’s consent status;
* respond more accurately to data protection or subscriber enquiries;
* distinguish recent unsubscriptions from older inactive records;
* manage and clean subscriber databases more effectively;
* investigate unexpected unsubscriptions.
Ideally, MailPoet should retain and display the date of the latest unsubscription, while also preserving the subscription history when a contact unsubscribes and later subscribes again.
This would be a valuable improvement for subscriber management, consent traceability and GDPR compliance monitoring.
