I'd love to be able to export high-level statistics of all my newsletter (open- and click-rate) in order to analyze trends.

Hi folks, email statistics export has now shipped in MailPoet 5.24.0, along with several other features: https://github.com/mailpoet/mailpoet/releases
Single campaign summary export is a free feature, while recipients stats and bulk export are premium.
Please give it a try and let us know if something doesn’t work as expected, or if there’s anything we should improve. There're more improvements and features coming in the next few weeks.
Also, if MailPoet is working well for you, leaving a review on WordPress.org would help us a lot: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailpoet/reviews/#new-post
Thank you.

MailPoet The export options are disappointing. Unable to export Clicked Links or Products Sold, or even all those stats into one report.

No file being downloaded. Export doesn't work for me.

veronica can you please share more data? Which export do you try? How many subscribers/emails are you trying it with? Larger datasets might take some time to generate

Shep thanks for trying it out and sharing feedback with us. We'll have a look at improving the export by including clicked links and sold products, and if there is a reasonable way to have them in a single export file (which is now always possible, as different statistics require different columns in the export file).

I'm trying with a single email campaign... clicking on export xls or csv but nothing happens. If I try with recipient options I get the message the download is being queued but again nothing is being downloaded.

veronica could you please try different browser to verify, that the one you used is not blocking downloading files? I've tried it myself, but I can't replicate the issue you are experiencing.

MailPoet with Edge it works, it opens the file in a new window where I can manually download it. doesn't work with chrome... I also enabled pop ups and announcements but still doesnt' work. I also agree with Shep about the new feature being pretty useless since it doesnt' export links clicked or product sold or users that clicked, etc. Than you regardless.

Check the post "Allow exporting list of e-mail recipients after an e-mail being sent". Tautvidas provided an answer to this (using Segments)

We also need this for our company, asap. The ability to export, per campaign, and all campaigns together.

I see this is marked as planned over a year ago. Can someone update the status? Not having this ability is becoming a huge issue for my company and will ultimately need to move to something else, I don't want to.

Please add this feature ASAP! In today's marketing, decisions have to be made based on data, not a hunch.

How can I export the statistics data to transfer them to our marketing tool? MailPost is really fantastic, but without an activity export it is really missing an essential function!

Absolutely. It is a must
