If an error occurs during sending of a mailing, sending is paused, and not automatically resumed later. If would be helpful for site owners to be notified when this happens, so they can take the appropriate steps to get sending going again.

If MailPoet would fire an action hook when sending is paused, this would allow developers to create add-on plugins that send out such notifications. Ideally, any error messages would be included as arguments.
