Since MailPoet 3.89.3 (released on May 24, 2022), you can use Invisible Google reCAPTCHA v2.

Hi James, Google Recaptcha is already available, it works only with recaptcha v2.

It doesn't work with the invisible or the v3, only the v2, and it uses the "compact" layout by default, it looks weird on desktop, and I'd love to be able to change that style.
