I offer email reminders for events, some of which start at half-past the hour. 
These reminders are supposed to go out one hour before and when we start—but you only allow sending on whole hours. 
It would be nice to allow a bit more granularity.

Dating Kinky Team since version 4.10.0, you can now schedule emails with 15 minutes intervals.

Ján Mikláš: Why not just allow users to select the minute they like? Allowing users to choose more granularly will free up your own resources as well, right?

Travis Pflanz: the 15-minute interval was added for Newsletters and Post Notifications to simplify the implementation (and our own resources) - it's easier to offer a finite number of options in a select box, than providing a field to enter any text and then handle validation.

All other emails (Welcome and WooCommerce emails) have the option to start any number of minutes after the trigger.

I would like to be able to schedule at 15 minute intervals. This isn't a huge deal for me but it would be nice.
