newsletter images don't show up in mobile

Craig Hines Thank you. You know more about these things than I do! It sounds like you're saying you need to contact Mail Poet about this. Keep me posted. The issue isn't only with the newsletter, it's also with an email from a course I created using a plug in. So the issue may be about more than Mail Poet. plug-in

This sounds like a support question, not a feature request - https://www.mailpoet.com/support/

Travis Pflanz: thank you. I can’t seem to find the answer there. I receive other people’s newsletters and their images are fine in my mobile phone. It’s only my own newsletter that doesn’t show the images. I see them on my computer but not the phone. I have asked other people who get my newsletter and they have the same issue.

Julianne Davidow: Is it possible that your images have been converted to WebP format and so they are visible when creating your emails, but when the emails are sent to your subscribers, their email applications cannot display the WebP image format? That's a situation I've encountered and so I am going to suggest a feature or functionality that MailPoet will pull from the original JPG or PNG source images instead of any that have been concerted to next-gen formats like WebP by various image optimization plugins.
