There should be a way to make a list private so that only members can see it if they are part of the list.

I have an email list setup for my grandparents and I don't want my customers to be able to subscribe to that list or to see it when they go to manage their subscriptions.

This is actually useful for one of my clients as well where we want to setup an email list for dealers (B2B) and a different list for customers (B2C). We don't want the customers to be able to subscribe or see there is a dealers email list. We send very different information to these two different groups.
