Problems in Subscription Form editor

New to MailPoet, and I'm having 2 problems:
1 - When I try to add an image or replace an image from a template, the image block becomes disabled and displays the following text on the image block:
"This block has encountered an error and can not be previewed."
It does not allow me to select an image or modify the block in any way.
2 - The "Styles" settings for the form does not work at all, When I click it, the entire workspace goes blank.

Both issues are definitely abnormal, and as some issues may be setup-specific - our team may have a better look that way.

Tautvidas: There is no option on that page for reaching anybody. I am working on the free plan while we see if this service is going to work for our business. In the promotional pages, it states that support for the free service is handled via e-mail. However, I have not found an email address anywhere on the mailpoet.com site.
