It would be great if we could send our newsletter or post on to facebook or instagram at the same time to save time and be more efficient. It may even help 'on the fence' users subscribe.

JetPack does have feature to post to Facebook, Twitter, etc. Not Instagram because they don't allow posting via tools.

Natalie: Jetpack is a Wordpress plugin, from the makers of Wordpress. The basic features are free and well worth it, but there are alternatives depending on what you need.
