Unsubscribe by MailPoet Score

For example, could there be an option to automatically unsubscribe when the MailPoet score falls below 20%?　The score number should be arbitrary. It is a waste of resources to send out emails to people who do not open them, so we would like to automatically unsubscribe people who do not open them.

There is a similar item in the current options settings, but it is inconvenient because you can only select from a predetermined time period. I would like users to be able to set this option arbitrarily.
