WooCommerce abandoned cart content
complete
AM Web
Maybe I am missing something, but it seems that to this day, the abandoned cart email (and content block) still lacks a very basic (but essential) feature: The ability to recover the cart with one click, through a button "Recover cart" providing a dynamic link that automatically points back to the customer's specific abandoned cart.
Such a button is even included in your "Abandoned cart" templates, but is left empty and therefore is of no use.
In the documentation, you suggest linking to the cart page, but this does not work if the customer opens the email from another device (or the user was logged out, or the cookie holding cart data was cleared in the meantime).
This is a must-have feature that has been requested multiple times over the past years, so please add it, or explain how to achieve it (without needing additional plugins, since MailPoet already provides abandoned cart contents).

Can you please add the feature to include the customer's cart products in the abandoned cart emails? Thank you.

Yes this is very much needed. Automatewoo has this functionality as well.
Even most examples in your blog post have cart items.

This shouldn't need to be requested. What is the use of an abandoned cart email if I'm forced to guess which one of my 100+ products the user added to their cart? Blows my mind that this isn't standard.

Well what about the button to recover the cart? It needs to store the abandoned cart and recreate it dynamically via a single link. There are plugins that already do this. Like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-cart-abandonment-recovery/ Can't you just repurpose their code under GLP license? Just enhance its functionality via styling options & dynamically generated product thumbnails (of whatever was left in cart)

Kejda Gjermani: If I follow, you mean when the abandon the cart, they get an auto email showing the items and a buy button or their cart and the buy button? If so, this is a must. I'm new to this aspect, so pardon my ignorance.
