Folders for newsletters

Currently there's no way of collating newsletters or manage sent newsletters and it's getting difficult to sort through them. It would be great to be able to create folders so that they could be grouped together in the backend without losing the URL for it. Eg. all of January or all of 2020 etc.

I really miss a way to organize or group newsletters by topic, purpose (such as saving all promotional emails together) or per target group i’m sending my different newsletters to) within MailPoet.
So a feature to categorize or create folders for easier management of newsletters, especially if they’re not part of an automation.
And as I see, people are asking for this since 2021 allready..

There are at least 3 separate requests for folders in Canny. My Emails screen is utter chaos.

You can do this with HappyFiles plugin

J Karel Broer How do you use HappyFiles for this? I see no options in HappyFiles that match up with Mailpoet. thx

Good idea! I've upvoted it. Would you mind taking a look at my feature request for a Campaign tab and consider upvoting it, as well? This would fit really well with my request, too.
Thanks!

Totally agree Mel, we should be able to sort emails sent by list at least.

This was a request from my client who used this and it's extremely difficult for me to be able to locate an individual newsletter when searching for them

Either folders, categories or tags - anything that we can use to filter the newsletter list would be helpful.
Currently it's not so easy to quickly check, when our regular newsletter was sent because a marketing campaign or other irregular mails were sent in between.
I would also be happy if we can simply assign a color-flag to each newsletter to quickly spot "green emails" in the emails list.
